This privacy policy explains how LinkLine may process information when you use the game and related support channels.

1. What LinkLine Is

LinkLine is an Android strategy game collection that includes local game modes, computer opponents, nearby multiplayer, league systems, online features, saved progress and optional Google Play Games integration.

2. Information Processed by the App

Depending on the features you use, LinkLine may process the following categories of information:

  • Local gameplay data: match setup choices, board settings, saved local games, local league state, statistics, progress, preferences, cosmetics and other data stored on your device.
  • Google Play Games data: your Google Play Games profile information, player name, avatar, player identifiers, achievements, leaderboards and Saved Games cloud-save data when those features are used.
  • Online game data: ranked results, challenge-session records, online statistics, league-related records, challenge codes, match state, server-connection status and other minimal gameplay records needed for online play or cloud sync.
  • Nearby multiplayer data: player names, room or pairing codes, selected rivals, match settings and live game-state messages exchanged directly between nearby devices through Nearby Connections.
  • Purchase and entitlement data: product identifiers, purchase tokens, entitlement status and restore information needed to honor Google Play Billing purchases such as ad-removal products or premium options.
  • Advertising-related data: if advertising is shown, Google AdMob or related Google services may process device and advertising-related information according to Google’s own policies.
  • Support data: if you contact DLRsoft, we may process your name, email address, selected app, message contents and any screenshots or files you provide.

3. How the Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • run local, nearby and online gameplay features,
  • save or restore progress and league data,
  • support achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves,
  • verify purchases and restore eligible entitlements,
  • serve or manage ads, where applicable,
  • detect abuse, protect game integrity and troubleshoot issues,
  • respond to support and privacy requests.

4. Third-Party Services

LinkLine may use third-party services, including:

  • Google Play Games Services for sign-in, profile data, achievements, leaderboards and Saved Games.
  • Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and purchase restoration.
  • Google AdMob for ads, if ads are enabled in the version you use.
  • Cloudflare for DLRsoft website and support-related infrastructure.

Those services process certain data under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Nearby Multiplayer

LinkLine includes nearby multiplayer and nearby leagues that use direct device-to-device communication. During those sessions, gameplay messages and selected player information are exchanged directly between participating devices so the match can run correctly.

DLRsoft does not need a separate persistent archive of every device-to-device Nearby payload for a local session.

6. Online Play, Leagues and Cloud Sync

Some LinkLine features depend on cloud records or synchronized online state. Examples may include ranked results, challenge codes, league state, online statistics and cloud-saved local league or match data.

Where technically required, this information may be stored for as long as the feature remains active, until the user clears it locally, or until it is deleted or anonymized after a valid deletion request.

7. In-App Purchases

Payments are processed by Google Play, not by DLRsoft directly. DLRsoft does not receive your full payment card details. LinkLine may store or process purchase status and entitlement information so purchased features can be unlocked or restored.

8. Retention

  • Local device data remains on your device until you remove it, clear app data or uninstall the app.
  • DLRsoft-controlled online records are retained while needed to operate features, maintain integrity, process purchases or support reasonable backups and recovery.
  • Support messages and attachments are retained as long as needed to answer the request, keep a support history and satisfy legal or operational needs.
  • Minimal records related to a completed deletion request may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary to confirm the request, prevent abuse or comply with law.

9. Your Choices

  • You can use local-only parts of LinkLine without creating a separate DLRsoft account.
  • You can manage Google-managed data through your Google account, Google Play and Google Play Games settings.
  • You can request deletion of eligible LinkLine data through the LinkLine data deletion page at https://dlrsoft.com/apps/linkline/data-deletion/.

10. Security

DLRsoft aims to use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through LinkLine. No system, however, can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

LinkLine is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe information was provided inappropriately, contact DLRsoft.
