LinkLine Data Deletion Request

This page explains how LinkLine users can request deletion of eligible data associated with LinkLine.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of eligible LinkLine data, send an email to:

[email protected]

Use this subject line:

LinkLine Data Deletion Request

Please include, where possible:

  • your Google Play Games visible name, if used,
  • your in-game player or profile name, if any,
  • the approximate date you last played LinkLine,
  • a short statement confirming that you want eligible LinkLine data deleted.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes or other sensitive credentials.

2. Data That May Be Deleted

After a valid request is verified, DLRsoft may delete or anonymize eligible LinkLine data under its control, where technically feasible. This may include:

  • DLRsoft-controlled online play records, challenge records or league records,
  • DLRsoft-controlled online statistics associated with the identified player,
  • eligible cloud-synced LinkLine records controlled by DLRsoft,
  • support-request information specifically tied to the LinkLine account or profile, where deletion is requested and feasible.

3. Data That May Not Be Deleted by DLRsoft

Some information is processed or controlled directly by Google or remains local to your device. DLRsoft may not be able to delete those records directly. Examples may include:

  • Google account information,
  • Google Play Games profile information,
  • Google Play Games achievements and leaderboard entries,
  • Google Play purchase history and payment records,
  • AdMob or other Google-managed advertising records,
  • local-only data that remains stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.

Google-managed information remains subject to Google’s own controls and policies.

4. Nearby Multiplayer Data

Nearby multiplayer and nearby league sessions use direct device-to-device communication. DLRsoft does not need a separate permanent archive of every Nearby session payload transmitted directly between players’ devices.

5. Purchases and Entitlements

Deleting LinkLine data does not automatically cancel purchases, issue refunds or erase Google Play purchase records. Google Play Billing handles payments, while LinkLine may retain limited purchase-verification or entitlement information where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, restore ownership or comply with legal obligations.

6. Retention of Limited Information

Even after a deletion request is completed, limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

  • security and abuse prevention,
  • purchase verification,
  • legal compliance, accounting or tax obligations,
  • dispute resolution,
  • maintaining a minimal record that a deletion request was completed.

Where possible, any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

7. Processing Time

DLRsoft aims to process valid deletion requests within 30 days after receiving sufficient information to identify the relevant LinkLine data.

8. Partial Deletion Requests

If you want only certain eligible LinkLine records deleted rather than all eligible data, state that clearly in your email and describe the specific records or feature areas involved.
