DLRsoft built Cargo Panic as a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, and shared when you use Cargo Panic.

By installing or using Cargo Panic, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and Process

Cargo Panic does not require users to create a separate DLRsoft username-and-password account in order to play the basic game.

However, depending on the features you choose to use, Cargo Panic and third-party services integrated into the game may collect or process certain information.

The types of information that may be collected or processed include:

  • Approximate location information, which advertising services may estimate using information such as an IP address.
  • Personal information used for optional online features, such as a Google Play Games display name, player name, profile name, or user identifier.
  • Device or other identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers and identifiers used by Google services.
  • App activity and interactions, such as game sessions, gameplay events, game modes, missions, feature usage, advertising interactions, rewarded-ad activity, and other in-app actions.
  • Diagnostics and application performance information, such as technical diagnostics, application performance information, connection performance, errors, and related technical data.
  • Purchase history information, such as products purchased through Google Play and the status of purchases used to unlock or restore content.
  • Google Play Games information, such as player identifiers, display name, achievements, leaderboard scores, cloud-save-related information, and other Play Games data when those features are used.
  • Firebase-related identifiers and gameplay information used for optional cloud, profile, tournament, progression, or online features.

Cargo Panic does not receive or store payment card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials used to complete Google Play purchases.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be processed for the following purposes:

  • To operate and provide Cargo Panic and its gameplay features.
  • To save and synchronize eligible game progress.
  • To provide player profiles, leaderboards, achievements, cloud features, online tournaments, and other optional online functionality.
  • To provide Local Challenge and other nearby multiplayer functionality.
  • To process, verify, restore, and manage eligible in-app purchases.
  • To display rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.
  • To measure advertising performance and prevent invalid advertising activity.
  • To understand how the game and its features are used.
  • To analyze application performance and improve stability, reliability, balancing, and user experience.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, unauthorized activity, and security threats.
  • To comply with applicable legal requirements, Google Play policies, and platform requirements.

3. Third-Party Services

Cargo Panic uses services provided by Google that may process data according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

These services may include:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Play Games Services
  • Google Play Billing
  • Google AdMob
  • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Authentication
  • Cloud Firestore
  • Firebase App Check

4. Advertising

Cargo Panic may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob.

Advertising formats may include:

Rewarded ads — optional advertisements that may provide an in-game reward after the required advertising interaction has been successfully completed.

Interstitial ads — advertisements that may be displayed at appropriate transition points within the game.

Advertising services may process information such as approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and related technical information.

Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where required, Cargo Panic uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent and privacy choices.

Eligible users may also be provided with a Privacy Options entry point inside Cargo Panic so that privacy and advertising choices can be reviewed or changed later.

DLRsoft does not independently sell users' personal information.

5. Analytics

Cargo Panic uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and to improve gameplay, performance, features, and reliability.

Analytics events may include information about:

  • Game starts and completed runs
  • Game modes
  • Gameplay results
  • Missions and rewards
  • Advertising offers and outcomes
  • Purchase flow events
  • Feature usage
  • Other gameplay and application interactions

Analytics information is used to improve Cargo Panic and understand aggregate usage patterns.

6. In-App Purchases

Cargo Panic offers optional purchases through Google Play Billing.

Purchases may include items or features such as:

  • In-game coin packages
  • Removal of certain advertisements
  • Removal of mission-related advertisements
  • Permanent gameplay or reward upgrades
  • Other premium features offered in the game

Payments are processed by Google Play.

DLRsoft does not receive or store payment card numbers or other payment credentials.

Cargo Panic may receive and process purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement information, and related transaction information necessary to unlock content, restore eligible purchases, prevent errors, provide customer support, and prevent abuse.

Consumable purchases, such as coin packages, may not be restorable after they have been consumed.

7. Google Play Games, Firebase and Online Features

Cargo Panic may use Google Play Games Services and Firebase services for optional functionality including:

  • Player identity
  • Display name
  • Leaderboards
  • Achievements
  • Cloud progress
  • Player profiles
  • Online tournaments
  • Match and tournament records
  • Other online gameplay features

Using certain features may require Google Play Games sign-in or the use of platform-generated identifiers.

Basic parts of Cargo Panic may remain playable without using optional Google Play Games or online features.

Data stored through Firebase may be associated with a platform-generated user identifier where required for the relevant feature.

8. Local Challenge and Nearby Connections

Cargo Panic includes Local Challenge functionality using Google's Nearby Connections technology.

Nearby Connections allows nearby devices to discover each other, establish a peer-to-peer connection, and exchange gameplay information required for a local multiplayer session.

Data exchanged during a Local Challenge session may include:

  • Player or profile information required for the match
  • Selected avatar or profile representation
  • Match configuration
  • Game state
  • Scores and gameplay events
  • Other information necessary to synchronize the local match

Nearby Connections may use technologies such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to establish nearby connections.

Local Challenge data is exchanged for the purpose of providing the multiplayer session. DLRsoft does not operate a separate chat or messaging service through this feature.

9. Data Sharing

Cargo Panic may share or allow the processing of certain information by service providers where necessary to:

  • Provide advertisements
  • Measure advertising and application performance
  • Provide Google Play services
  • Provide authentication and cloud functionality
  • Process purchases
  • Provide online or nearby gameplay
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations

For example, advertising-related information, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, application performance information, and device identifiers may be processed or shared through Google advertising and measurement services.

DLRsoft does not independently sell users' personal information.

10. Data Security

Cargo Panic uses trusted platform services and commercially reasonable technical measures intended to protect information.

Data transmitted to supported online services is transmitted using secure connections where provided by those services.

Nearby Connections also provides secured device-to-device communication for supported local multiplayer functionality.

However, no electronic storage, network connection, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, including:

  • Providing gameplay and cloud features
  • Maintaining player progress
  • Providing purchased entitlements
  • Analytics and performance analysis
  • Fraud prevention and security
  • Service operation
  • Legal and policy compliance

Third-party services such as Google may retain information according to their own retention policies.

Account-related or game-related information controlled by DLRsoft may be deleted or anonymized following a valid deletion request, subject to technical, legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and compliance requirements.

12. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of eligible Cargo Panic account-related and game-related information.

Users may request either deletion of eligible account-related data and associated Cargo Panic game data, or deletion of certain eligible game-related data without requesting deletion of the entire account-related record.

Some information managed directly by Google, such as Google Play purchase history, Google Play Games information, advertising-related information, or Google Account data, may need to be managed through Google's own services and privacy controls.

13. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, device, and the services you use, you may have privacy choices including:

  • Accepting or declining advertising consent where applicable.
  • Managing detailed advertising and privacy options.
  • Opting out of certain data uses where required by applicable regional law.
  • Managing advertising personalization through Google or device settings.
  • Managing Google Play Games profile and activity.
  • Choosing whether to use optional Google Play Games or online features.
  • Choosing whether to watch optional rewarded advertisements.
  • Requesting deletion of eligible Cargo Panic data.

Privacy options may be available directly inside Cargo Panic where required by Google UMP or applicable privacy rules.

14. Children's Privacy

Cargo Panic is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

DLRsoft does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Where local law applies a different minimum age or consent requirement, that requirement applies.
